Produced a WordPress website with integrated booking engine, developed pricing strategies and promotion plans and tracked results with a monthly reporting system based on KPIs.
Setup a lead generation system with drip emails to nurture customers in the discovery/exploration stage of the customer journey into bookers. Pushed traffic through the system resulting in a 5% conversion rate.
Created an email marketing program for the hotel to promote local events, hotel specials and pop-up restaurant events and classes.
